I can’t see anything in the platform — it looks empty

If your dashboard looks empty or you’re not seeing your weekly skill, it’s usually caused by one of two things:

1. You’re logged in with the wrong email
   Make sure you’re using the same email you used when you signed up. If you log in with a different email — even by accident — your subscription won’t show up.

2. You haven’t picked your first skill yet
   Until you choose your first skill, your dashboard will look empty.
   👉 Click here to pick your first skill and get started
   Once you’ve made your selection, your full dashboard will unlock and everything will show up.
